The aim of the product is to give a solution for companies that use customer service, and answers two main needs - maintaining a positive environment within the employees and improving production.

This is a platform used to preserve and share knowledge, as well as to allow the customer service representatives to get answers as fast as possible parallel to raising the cohesion between the co-workers, by maintaining a good atmosphere.
